  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kiss Beauty Makeup products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:

  • Cream Foundation
  • Cream To Powder products
  • Concealers
  • Eye Cosmetics (including Eye Shadow, Eye Liner, and Eye Brow Make-Up)
  • Eyelashes (once packaging is opened)

These items may only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All safety seals and product labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • For international returns: All customs fees and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark international packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
