Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All safety seals and product labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Cream Foundation
- Cream To Powder products
- Concealers
- Eye Cosmetics (including Eye Shadow, Eye Liner, and Eye Brow Make-Up)
- Eyelashes (once packaging is opened)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping
